Terms and Conditions of Registration

Minimum Attendance Requirement
This course requires a minimum number of paid registrations to proceed. If the minimum attendance requirement is not met, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the course. If the course is cancelled for this reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. -
No Liability for Additional Costs
If the course is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, the organiser is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the attendee. This includes, but is not limited to, travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, lost work time, or any other out of pocket expense. You book travel and accommodation at your own risk. -
Cancellation by Attendee
You may cancel your ticket up to 45 days before Day 1 of the course for a full refund.
Cancellations received inside 45 days before Day 1 of the course are non refundable, and no credit will be issued. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee at no cost, provided you notify us in writing before the course starts. -
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Organiser
The organiser may cancel or reschedule the course at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as venue issues, trainer availability, security or safety concerns, or government or regulatory requirements. If the course is fully cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. If the course is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically move to the new dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, you may request a refund of the ticket price.
The organiser is not liable for any other costs or losses. See clause 2. -
Attendance and Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the course without refund if their behaviour is offensive, disruptive, unlawful, or poses a safety or security risk to the event, trainers, or other attendees. -
Use of Course Material
All course content, training material, slides, documentation, scenarios, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of the organiser and its partners.
You are paying for attendance, not ownership of the material. You must not copy, distribute, record, photograph, reproduce, or share course content without written approval. -
Security and Confidentiality
This course may involve discussion of sensitive topics, operational scenarios, or law enforcement methodology. By attending, you agree not to disclose or distribute any sensitive material, examples, or techniques shared in the room, unless you have written approval to do so. -
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser and its trainers accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or liability arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the course, use or misuse of the course material, or any decision made or action taken based on the training. -
Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
